Description:

The project consists of an 11-story building with one below-grade level for mechanical, electrical, and storage space. The Project is separated into a Residential portion with 110 apartment units and approximately 3,500 SF of retail on the First Floor. Structure is concrete, and exterior is brick, cast stone, granite, commercial window systems, metal panels, and a vegetated and occupied roof.
