W. Clarke Ewart

Executive Vice President

Senior principal of Paradigm Development Company since its inception in November 1991. Clarke is responsible for all development activities undertaken by Paradigm, including oversight of the entire development/construction process for more than 8,000 multi-family housing units. Patricia L. Eccker

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

A principal of Paradigm since its inception in 1991, Patty is responsible for overseeing all activities related to accounting, cash management, financial reporting, tax reporting and preparation for all the Paradigm companies. B.S., Pennsylvania State University.
