College students looking to gain some “real world” experience in the growing field of property management and construction are drawn to the internship program available at Paradigm.

A select group of students from such prestigious institutions as Bucknell University, Gettysburg College, Lycoming College, Marymount University, Penn State University, Tufts University, and Virginia Tech have taken advantage of the opportunity to spend the summer or a semester with Paradigm, learning about the various facets of our business.
