College students looking to gain some "real world" experience in the growing field of property management and construction are drawn to the internship program available at Paradigm.
A select group of students from such prestigious institutions as Bucknell University, Gettysburg College, Lycoming College, Marymount University, Penn State University, Tufts University, and Virginia Tech have taken advantage of the opportunity to spend the summer or a semester with Paradigm, learning about the various facets of our business.
Working side-by-side with experienced professionals, a Paradigm intern will receive a strong foundation in the fundamentals of multi-family construction or property management. If you're interested, forward your resume and related information to internships@paradigmcos.com.

| Maintenance Technician | Arlington, VA | Prior residential maintenance experience and good communication skills are required. Must have HVAC certification as well as reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Schedule includes on-call rotation and possibly some weekend work. |
| Leasing consultant | Arlington, VA | Strong communication and service skills. Able to multi-task and be a team player. Computer knowledge in Word and Excel. College degree preferred. Prior experience in sales or leasing is a plus. |
